I got an email with a written estimate very quickly and we set up an appointment for the same week. Shannon and Sheridan were the two techs that came. They were both friendly and courteous, and very busy! They grouted some areas in a tile shower and around a tub. They also caulked around the countertops in both bathrooms. Everything looks fabulous! David Evans was the technician who did the work, and if there was a 5+++ rating, he would get it! He was very careful to remove the broken tile without breaking or damaging any of the good tiles that were cemented on the other sides. This was very time-consuming, and he did a fabulous job. He was outstanding, and then he laid the new tile very efficiently. The floor now is complete, and it looks outstanding! I was so stressed about this job since I only had a few of the original tiles left, so it was vital that the other tiles didn't get damaged. Now that it is over, I am the happiest person on earth! Thoroughly impressed by The Grout Medic. We recently purchased a home and while the tile is newer, it just wasn't as clean and fresh as we hoped. The grout was stained and the tiles were dingy.
