I was really pleased with the outcome of my shower project with The Grout Medic this summer. I purchased a home last year where one of the bathrooms had poor craftsmanship in regard to the shower. Tyler came out and listened intently to all of my concerns and wishes for making it look and function better. We decided on floating a new floor on top of the existing floor and resealing all of the edges. He also thoroughly steam cleaned all walls and existing tile. David was very thorough and dedicated in completing the task, and we are so happy with the outcome. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of both Tyler and David. I reached out to Grout Medic on a Friday on Labor Day weekend. I wasn’t expecting to hear from them as my request wasn’t urgent, but they followed up via phone, text, and email quickly! The free consultation was set for early in the week, and the full job was completed the next day! Impressive! Brandon, the owner, came out for the consultation and was thorough and efficient, pointing out areas of need. We needed the caulking re-done in 2 bathrooms plus the entire kitchen. Additionally, some grout touch-ups in the shower. Shannon was our technician who arrived the next day. She was pleasant and extremely thorough, with excellent attention to detail.
