    "The shower tiles needed work, grout had fallen out, tiles got loose. Based on a review my cousin left, I contacted Grout Medic and Joe P. came out to assess what I needed and gave me a fair quote. The scheduled day, Chris K. & Rob arrived on time and got right to work. In minutes they had the loose tiles off and saw what was (or wasn't) behind them. They replaced the backer in no time and had the tiles back up. Luckily none broke as I had no spares lying around. I did find some backup tiles at Lowe's, but Chris & Rob were careful and nothing broke. Once the tiles were back in place, they regrouted the entire shower area, and caulked edges, some of which were outside of their work area just so everything would be right. They kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. Would definitely recommend these guys and Grout Medic for any bathroom tile work you need."
