What a great experience and awesome results. We had the grout in 5 rooms, including the kitchen, cleaned and sealed and 6 chipped tiles in the kitchen replaced. The grout had never been cleaned before and was very dirty. Steve and Ronnie did an exceptional job and were delightful to work with. The picture doesn't come close to showing what a great job they did, but wanted to give you an idea of the difference the cleaning made. We feel as if we have new floors. I want to amend my earlier review. We had a warranty issue come up. The owner, Viraj Chawla, responded to my call immediately. He came to our home with his installer Alain and with all the materials needed to make the repair. After their inspection, Viraj and Alain gave us three options to choose between to make the fix. The repairs were completed quickly. Viraj came to inspect the work and to check if we were satisfied. We are very pleased with the way this issue was handled. We absolutely recommend The Grout Medic of Lawrenceville.
