The Shower Looks Like New Again
When they gave me the quote and timing estimate, I was really wondering if they could do what they promised. But Mike came to take out all of the grout in my shower walls and replace it with new. The shower looks like new again. He caulked too and did a much better job than I could have ever done myself. Super professional people and they were really nice too. I thought the pricing was very reasonable and now it's like I have a brand new bathroom.

So far, I have only had a consultation and free quote done; however, my experience was great, and I look forward to having the work done on cleaning the grout and ceramic floor tiles in my home and sealing them. Dave also pointed out areas that I wasn’t even thinking about to improve, such as using caulking, which is more flexible than grout, around the bottom base of the backsplash in the kitchen, and cleaning the drains in the showers to get the water accumulation in the lower tiles to drain. Dave was easygoing, informative, and polite. It was a joy to have him in my home.

It Took 4 Times to Resolve the Yellowing
It took 4 times to resolve the yellowing of the caulk in the shower. I wasn't aware that there is alcohol in the Soft Scrub that I was using. David came out 2 weeks ago and redid the shower and it looks so much better. He also noticed the caulk on the bathroom sink needed to be redone, which he did. He suggested I use Simple Green when cleaning the shower, so I will do so and hope that the caulk doesn't turn yellow. (I told him with my first appointment that I'm very fussy when it comes to keeping things clean and he completely understood my concerns.)

I had the tile porch installed five years ago by a different company. I didn't realize that some of the gaps were too large and grout could be an issue. When the grout dried, those large gaps cracked. I called Dave and he came out and was able to make the necessary repairs.

Contact was made with this company for assistance with ceramic tile in the kitchen. Several tiles had hairline cracks, and there were many instances of grout lines cracking and crumbling. Dave made an original assessment of what the problem might be over the phone and then came out for an inspection and final diagnosis. Service was able to be scheduled pretty quickly and consisted of injecting rebonding under loose/cracked tiles and then regrouting several areas as well. I also had all tiled areas clear coat sealed. The technicians, Devanta and Samad, were very polite, respectful, and efficient. The work done was to my satisfaction in accordance with the estimate discussed and provided. They stand behind their work, as evidenced by my request for assistance with a touch-up on a particular area. I would highly recommend this business.
