MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW GROUT, COLORED SEALER AND CAULK

In order to keep your new grout, colored sealer or caulking looking new please follow these instructions:

WAIT 7-10 days after new grout, colored sealer or caulking has been installed before cleaning your tub, shower or floor.
You can begin using your shower 3 Days after the work has been completed.
You can walk on your floors (with socks) 1 Hour after the grout has been sealed.

DAILY PROCEDURES:

Use a squeegee to get excess water off the walls after using the shower, or dry the walls with a towel.
Keep the silicone dry to avoid premature mold by drying the silicone with a towel. (No Scrubbing)
DO NOT SCRUB THE GROUT OR SILICONE WITH BLEACH OR AMMONIA PRODUCTS.
Do not use any chemical cleaners such as Tilex, Soft Scrub, Scrubbing Bubbles, Bleach, or Ammonia products.
Do not try to scrub off mildew or mold off silicone. "If mildew or mold is occurring, it is time to have your shower or tub re-caulked."
The cleaner we recommend is "Aqua Mix" concentrated stone and tile cleaner. This cleaner is neutral in PH which simply means it will keep your grout in good condition. Products can be purchased at any Home Depot or Lowes location or online through Amazon.
Sweep or vacuum the floor.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS FOR FLOOR THAT HAS BEEN CLEANED & SEALED OR STAINED:

Every 1-2 weeks, depending on traffic, clean the floor with non-chemical cleaners. A neutral pH cleaner is recommended.Just google or search amazon for “pH Neutral tile cleaner” and you’ll get several options.
Depending on traffic, these areas may require cleaning and resealing every 2-3 years.

WARRANTY

We warranty our work for One Year from the date of our services. This warranty does not cover, mold or any cracks caused by structural movement of showers and floor.

Importantly, we will not warranty our work if it is not being cared for properly by the homeowner or tenant.
