    "I'm so happy with the bathtub tile repair done by Luis at The Grout Medic of Frisco. I don't usually hire people on the spot during estimates, but I was impressed with the knowledge and plan presented by Luis. I was even happier to find that he would be the tech doing the work. It's nice to have the tech see the job first, as opposed to an estimator trying to make the sale. He was on time for the estimate, able to get to the job quickly, and I believe the price was fair. His work is meticulous, professional, and I understood the work being done. The neglected hall bathroom now looks great. Five stars for sure!"

    "Asey (the owner) and Luis (technician) came together to give me the bid, which was very reasonable and affordable. Luis regrouted my entire shower and took his time to get the job done, even though it was more difficult than originally anticipated (the grout lines were not 100% straight and the tiles mimicked a natural stone look). He did a very meticulous job and delivered a great product at the end. Overall, my husband and I were very happy with the work that was completed."
