    "I filled out the online form Sunday, and someone called to set up an appointment to come out Monday. Viraj was the rep, and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he could have done. Before he left, he wrote out a proposal and set my appointment for Tuesday. Don’t you just love prompt service. Steven came out and took care of business. He told me his plan and carefully implemented it. He steam cleaned the grout in my master bath, then applied a caulking that he went and bought to match what was there. I’m recently widowed, and God says, look after us.     "We recently hired Grout Medic to regrout and re-silicone our glass and travertine shower, and clean and color-seal the floor in a second bathroom. Steven did a fantastic job with the second bathroom, and he was not offended at all when my OCD kicked in and I asked him to touch up a couple of areas to my liking. However, a different technician was assigned to work on our shower, and we had a significant issue with his work and professionalism, which was very frustrating. However, the manager, Viraj, handled the situation exceptionally well. He personally inspected the work, agreed with our concerns, and immediately created a plan to fix it, even contracting a separate glass company for repairs needed after the initial poor work. Steven took over the grouting in the main shower, and he did amazing work. He was meticulous, communicative, and stayed late to ensure everything was done perfectly. He was also very kind to our curious 5-year-old! While the project started poorly, Viraj and Steven turned it around completely. Their professionalism and commitment to quality customer service were outstanding, and the final result looks great. We are very happy with the outcome and would recommend them based on how they resolved the problem."
