A few days later, his technician, Vio, arrived again on time! That is exceedingly rare these days. The result was fantastic! He did an excellent job. He took his time with me to find grout that would match the existing grout in both areas and explained the process. My shower looks brand new and the grout repair in the kitchen looks great as well! Professional, experienced, and responsible. They will be on my fast dial for any other tile needs I may have in the future. I am more than just pleased."
