    "Showed up on time for estimate. By the end of the day, I received the total cost, which we believe to be reasonable. They were able to make an appointment and get this work done in a timely manner. Workers Kevin and Jared showed up on time. Both men were friendly yet knowledgeable, which set me at ease. They explained the procedure and what they were going to do. They completely steam cleaned both my foyer and kitchen, then replaced a 12x24 broken tile. Half of my grout in the foyer and kitchen was completely crumbled. They removed and replaced it seamlessly into the grout that was still sound. They stained all the grout and sealed it so that all grout was uniform in color. They did a beautiful job. My floor looks brand new again."
