    "My husband and I noticed we had some water damage on the drywall near our shower. Before calling a plumber, we reached out to The Grout Medic, and we are so glad we did. It was 100% grout related and Michael, owner, even spotted some issues with the shower we had installed a few years back that weren’t allowing my water to drain properly. Just 1 day later, Allen, their contract worker, showed up and got started immediately. He was so thorough and took the time to walk us through what he was doing. In the middle of the project, he spotted our shower inlet was installed improperly and offered to fix it. He was so kind and had great communication with us. Pricing wise, these guys are very affordable. They aren’t dirt cheap, but that’s because they do good quality work vs some other company that will be in and out in an hour. So glad we hired these guys and would highly recommend to others facing grout related issues."

They removed broken and poorly bonded tiles, scraped the old mortar down to the concrete, and professionally replaced those tiles, cutting and fitting them exactly. I am very happy with the result, and will not hesitate to use them when I do my bathroom remodel and other future tile work. Thanks, Michael."
