    Great People, Excellent Workmanship
“Great people, excellent workmanship, and a level of customer service that is hard to find these days.”
    Great People, Excellent Workmanship
"We recently hired Grout Medic to refresh the tile and grout in our primary bathroom, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the beginning, the owners took time to meet with us, understand our goals, and walk through the available options. What stood out most was that they did not try to oversell us on services we didn't need. Instead, they helped us find the right solution for the look we wanted and the budget we had in mind. That level of honesty and consultation is increasingly rare. Alain and Jovan completed the work, and they were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, meticulous, and clearly took pride in their craft. They treated our home with care, communicated throughout the process, and paid attention to details that would have been easy to overlook. The results were exactly what we were hoping for. The cleaning, grout restoration, repairs, and color sealing dramatically improved the appearance of the bathroom, making it look cleaner, brighter, and far more refreshed without the expense of a full renovation. If you're considering grout or tile restoration, I would highly recommend Grout Medic. Great people, excellent workmanship, and a level of customer service that is hard to find these days."

“Ronald and his son transformed our damaged shower floor into something that looks practically brand new. The before-and-after pictures speak for themselves!”
Grout Medic became the 'Grout Magicians!'
"When the tiles on our master shower floor began cracking and the grout started loosening, we knew we needed experienced professionals who could properly diagnose and resolve the problem. Grout Medic of North Gwinnett exceeded our expectations! Vriaj came out to inspect our shower and thoroughly assessed the situation, explaining the issues and recommended repairs with professionalism, honesty, and clarity. Within the same day our appointment was scheduled, and the repair process was underway. That's when Grout Medic became the "Grout Magicians!" Ronald and his son arrived ready to work, bringing years of experience, exceptional craftsmanship, and a clear commitment to getting the job done right. They addressed the problem areas, performed the necessary repairs, and transformed our damaged shower floor into something that looks practically brand new. The before-and-after pictures speak for themselves! What impressed us most was their attention to detail and dedication to doing the job properly rather than taking shortcuts. There's a tremendous difference between simply completing a job and taking genuine pride in your workmanship. Ronald and his son demonstrated exactly why hiring knowledgeable, experienced professionals is such a game changer. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From the initial inspection to the completed repairs, the entire experience reflected professionalism, excellent customer service, and a commitment to quality. We highly recommend Grout Medic of North Gwinnett to anyone looking for skilled professionals who take their work seriously and stand behind the quality of their craftsmanship. Thank you to Vriaj, Ronald, and team for a job exceptionally well done!"

So Happy I Chose The Grout Medic
"My first time using The Grout Medic. I was desperate to repair a shower that had been unusable for several months. I received a call back within a few minutes of requesting an estimate, Kevin and Viraj showed up the next morning and gave me a detailed and fair estimate and scheduled my work for the next week. On repair day, Alain arrived on time, was courteous and thorough, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived! So happy I chose The Grout Medic."
