They Exceeded My Expectations
"I interviewed two grout restoration companies. The second, The Grout Medic of Northwest Atlanta, answered my questions in a straightforward and candid manner. The business owner, "Heta", met with me personally. Her friendly and professional manner quickly earned my confidence. She reviewed my two projects and gave me clear, concise feedback on their individual needs. She then described the qualifications of her technicians. This increased my confidence. She gave me an estimate which was in line with the other estimate I received. But unlike the first bidder, she gave me the estimate then and there. She also was able to schedule my work within one week, much sooner than the other bidder.
I accepted The Grout Medic of Northwest Atlanta's estimate.
Two technicians arrived on the date and time scheduled. They introduced themselves; they were clean-cut, professional, and friendly.
After seeing the project sites, they reviewed the work they planned to do and confirmed that it was what I expected. Aaron took on one bathroom and Chuck the other. I left them to their work. They worked on the projects all day.
Heta, the business owner, came by at midday to view work progress and quality. She and I did a quick inspection. I left them. Heta stayed with the technician for several minutes longer before departing.
Around 6:30 PM, the work was complete. Aaron asked me to do an inspection. I did, and was delighted with the results. Stunningly, both bathrooms looked brand new. Then the technicians cleaned up.
Then Aaron presented the project invoice. It had two unexpected discounts applied: one because I am a veteran and the second because I am a senior citizen.
Aaron and Chuck were perfect gentlemen and excellent technicians, and very respectful of my home. I highly recommend The Grout Medic of Northwest Atlanta. They exceeded my expectations.
