"I highly recommend The Grout Medic of Prosper if you need grout haze removal, grout cleaning, or grout sealing in Prosper, TX or the North Dallas area.
We had brand-new tile installed in our home and were left with a heavy grout haze across the floors. I initially hired a large DFW floor cleaning company, but they clearly didn’t understand how to properly remove grout haze from newly installed tile. I basically fired them and called The Grout Medic Prosper as a second option and more local option. They were price competitive and came out to give an estimate before scheduling.
The difference was immediate. Their team showed up right on time, extremely professional, and clearly experienced with grout haze removal. They came in with the correct tools, professional equipment, and the right chemicals to safely remove the haze without damaging the new tile.
The owner, Nick, even stopped by the job to personally check on the progress and make sure everything was going well. That level of service and accountability really stood out. He's a down-to-earth guy who has a passion for what he does.
What impressed me most was the work ethic of the crew. They completed a job that honestly should have taken two full days in just one day, and one of the technicians even stayed past 6 PM to make sure the job was finished properly.
Our tile floors now look exactly like they should after a new installation... clean, clear, and haze-free.
