Rory, the owner, was easy to work with and explained the process and expected results in detail. He answered all our questions and offered helpful suggestions for an even better outcome than we hoped for. Their grout repair specialists, Eric & Tyrone, arrived promptly on time and worked non-stop each day (two days total). Both Eric & Tyrone are experts at what they do. They found some hidden problems while working, called it to our attention, and made the necessary repairs without missing a beat. The results are fantastic!
