When I first reached out to the company, Stephanie was very quick to respond and set up an appointment. Quick to provide a very thorough, detailed estimate. It was awesome to get a text the day the work was done that not only gave me the name of the technician, but also provided his picture. He arrived promptly. Something else you don’t often see in South Florida! They did a beautiful job in repairing and restoring grout on my shower floor and my kitchen counter and backsplash. No easy job because the grout in the kitchen was very heavily stained. Both Stephanie and the technicians were very thorough in explaining the process and what I could realistically expect. Oh, and the price was very fair. I wish I would have taken before pictures."

Stephanie (the owner) came to our home to give us an estimate on work that we needed done in three bathrooms. She was honest, efficient, and thoroughly explained all our options. The technician who came to do the work, Matthew, does amazing work. The day before his arrival, we received a text stating that he would arrive at 8 a.m. He arrived at precisely 8 a.m. and immediately explained to us what he was going to do and got right to work. He is a true grout artist. So, yes, if you're wondering if you should hire this company... you absolutely should!"
