    "It is my privilege to post here regarding my recent experience with a South Florida-based flooring contractor. This past week I had a complete ceramic tile surface stripping, grout recolorization and sealing of my Plantation home by The Grout Medic of Hollywood FL team who specialize in "premium tile repair and maintenance." Owner Stephanie Bennaim handled the on-site inspection/estimating promptly and efficiently, and her flooring technician Adrian was dispatched to handle the tedious detail work. I can't begin to describe how meticulously Adrian first machine-cleaned the existing tile surface in preparation for the grouting treatment. Next he PAINSTAKINGLY treated all of the large flooring areas' grouting to be able to accept our new grouting tone. Adrian did this hand work on his hands and knees inch-by-inch, hour after hour! His patience did not waver nor his stamina subside. After the last tile grouting was completed, he followed up with a complete clear protective coating. When Adrian finished, the dazzlingly bright flooring looked BETTER than brand new! If anyone has similar work they are considering shopping around for in this difficult South Florida market, you need not look any further - The Grout Medic of Hollywood FL will fill the bill!"

    "My husband and I had our home renovated last year and as disappointed as we were with some of the work done, there’s always “a light at the end of the tunnel”! We discovered, soon after all was said and done, our master bath was a disaster!!!! The person who was highly recommended to do the tile HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING. Within a couple of months the grout between tiles was disintegrating. When you stepped into the room a lot of the tiles sounded “hollow” due to not enough mud and/or a badly done base to lay the tiles. After my husband’s arduous research he found THE GROUT MEDIC. We made an appointment and had them do the repairs to some of the tiles in question. MAGIC! Problem solved! Much to our dismay, two months later, a totally unrelated issue, the shower started copiously leaking to our first floor!!!!! Once more, after doing the major repairs (totally destroying the bathroom shower area due to many building mistakes) once the shower was totally repaired once again we called our highly trusted, professionals at THE GROUT MEDIC. They came to our rescue with a timely, professional and speedy resolution. Once again, they were exactly who we needed to finish our master bathroom! Thank you Stephanie and Mathew for renewing our faith in the trades and getting us out of a dire situation."
