    "Grout Medic was the only group that would actually come to my house to give me an estimate for my job. Coricka is a good businesswoman who has excellent communication and prompt responses. The first Grout Medic they sent to complete the work did not do a good job. If I could rate the first technician, I would give him less than one star. However, Coricka quickly addressed the issues and sent a second Grout Medic, who redid the work and did a very good job. The second technician they sent gets five stars plus. He was very professional and took pride in his work. Overall, we are pleased with the results."
