Choosing the Right Tile & Grout Service in Marietta
Are you tired of dull, stained, or cracked tile and grout in your bathroom and kitchen? The condition of the surface determines whether it needs deep cleaning, grout repair, regrouting, recaulking, sealing, or targeted tile replacement. We assess the grout lines, caulk joints, tile damage, staining, and surrounding surface before recommending a service.
Dull or discolored grout may need professional cleaning when it remains structurally sound. Cracked, missing, or crumbling grout requires repair or regrouting instead, while deteriorated caulk around showers, tubs, and counters may need to be removed and replaced. Loose, chipped, or cracked tiles may be candidates for selective repair or replacement rather than a complete overhaul.
We work on kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, counters, floors, and showers. Cleaning addresses embedded soil, residue, and discoloration on suitable surfaces. Grout sealing and color sealing provide maintenance and appearance options once the grout is clean and ready for treatment.
Our Tile & Grout Restoration Process
Our process starts with an assessment by trained technicians who recommend services based on the surface’s condition.
We explain the recommended service before work begins and provide a free, no-obligation estimate. Depending on the condition, the selected work may include steam vapor cleaning, grout repair, regrouting, recaulking, sealing, color sealing, or repair of damaged sections. Transparent communication helps you understand the proposed scope and available options.
Low-Pressure Steam Vapor Cleaning
Our Advanced Steam Vapor Technology uses low-pressure, high-temperature vapor to remove dirt and discoloration from suitable tile and grout surfaces. It’s designed to clean embedded buildup without damaging grout joints or disturbing loose tiles. The process uses environmentally friendly cleaning methods and products suitable for families and pets.
Cleaning technology alone can’t correct every condition. When grout, caulk, or tile has failed, we can recommend a tailored repair or restoration service instead of relying on surface cleaning to address damaged material.
Trained Technicians & Restoration Standards
Our service includes:
Trained Local Service: Our independently owned and operated location serves Marietta properties with technicians trained in tile and grout restoration.
Advanced Cleaning Technology: We use low-pressure, high-temperature steam vapor technology and environmentally friendly products suitable for families and pets.
Satisfaction-Focused Work: We explain the recommended work and stand behind it with a satisfaction-focused commitment.
Special Offers & Convenient Service Options
Ask about available special offers and flexible financing options when planning your project. With free estimates and convenient service scheduling, we make it easy to request an evaluation and review your options.
We match the service to the surface: cleaning for suitable buildup, sealing for clean grout, and targeted repair for failed grout, caulk, or tiles.

My Floors Look Brand New!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with The Grout Medic! From beginning to end, the entire process was professional, seamless, and a pleasure.
Kimberly was wonderful to work with when scheduling, and Nick came out to provide the estimate and explain the process. Jody and his partner completed the work, and the results are absolutely amazing! Jody even took the time to text me when the job was finished and let me know exactly when it would be safe to walk on the floors. That kind of communication and attention to detail is something I truly appreciate.
My tile and grout are 22 years old, and I honestly cannot believe the transformation. My floors look brand new! I am thrilled with the results and so appreciative of the care and professionalism shown by everyone involved.
It is refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in its work and values its customers. I would absolutely recommend The Grout Medic to anyone looking to bring new life to their tile and grout. Thank you, Kimberly, Nick, Jody, and the entire team for a job well done!

I'm a tough sell — I would use them again
We are still testing the shower area (re-grouted, cleaned, caulked, etc.) — but great experience overall. Very easy to do business with. Miguel was wonderful — personable and knew the work (he has done it). Simple invoice/payment process (pay after the work is completed). Jody was also very professional and conscientious ... strong team. At this point, I would use them again and I'm a tough sell. Thanks Nick and Jamie (Owners).

This redo will last a long time!
We hired The Grout Medic for multiple projects fixing both outside patio and inside bathroom shower grout, plus brick repointing on four sets of steps and around three garage doors. We're very satisfied with the results created by Miguel and Justin of the Alpharetta, Roswell, and Marietta area franchise of The Grout Medic. They provided friendly, professional service that was on time, addressed our concerns, and was reasonably priced and guaranteed. They also offered a newer version of epoxy grout than our 20-year-old grout and mortar. Their superior product is mold resistant, crack flexible, and far longer lasting. This redo will last a long time!

Beautiful job all around!
Justin Colmes did an amazing job. Steam cleaned tile and all grout surfaces in primary shower. One concern was mildew growing behind a few glass blocks, which he was able to remove. Bravo, Justin! Beautiful job all around. Thank you!

The shower looks brand new!
The Grout Medic was a lifesaver for our travertine tile shower that was not properly done from a previous owner. They cleaned, took out caulked grout in jointed areas, and resealed. The shower looks brand new! It was easy to make an appointment with a free consult, and the estimate was given before he left. The job was done in a timely manner with no issues! I would recommend them to my family and friends!

The end result was exceptional!
Miguel from The Grout Medic regrouted my 15' x 30' patio with epoxy grout. The end result was exceptional! He worked very hard to ensure no grout haze was visible on the tile. I believe my patio will never need to be regrouted again. Miguel is a perfectionist!

Excellent work and very competent employees
Called them to remove 2 kitchen tiles so a dishwasher could be removed. Tiles were successfully removed, and they steam cleaned our 25-year-old tile, making it look new again. Once the new dishwasher was installed, they returned and installed the 2 tiles using the only spare tiles I had available. Excellent work and very competent employees.
John Saari

Responsive, Affordable, and Professional
We’ve all been there. You walk into your shower in the morning and see the dreaded spots all over the grout/caulk that we’ve tried to fix on our own to no avail. You finally decide to seek professional help and fire up the ol’ Google machine. When Grout Medic is the first search result, you breathe a sigh of relief knowing that there’s a team that solely focuses on what you need. They were responsive, affordable, and professional, the trifecta of what you’re looking for when you need something fixed in your home. If/when I need my shower refreshed again, I know exactly who I’m going to call.

This company did an awesome job
This company did an awesome job. At first I spoke with Jamie Ponce (owner) and she had her husband, Nick Ponce (owner), come to my house and he gave me a quotation and then we set up an appointment. The day prior to the appointment, I received a text message advising they would be coming the next day. Exactly on schedule, two of his technicians, Jody Lundell and Miguel Ponce, arrived on time. These technicians did exactly what I expected and so much more. They were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. They wore shoe covers as they were walking through my house, which has a lot of carpet. I had a lot of work to be done with many different types of tiles which included many rooms including floors, showers, and around the garden tub. These guys worked non-stop and when they were done, I was so impressed because all areas were spotless. They also replaced/added matching caulking where needed. I’ve already recommended them to two of my friends and will keep doing so. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed. Big thank you to Jamie, Nick, Jody, and Miguel.
