    "I had a great experience with The Grout Medic of Orland Park and the Southwest Suburbs. Tony (the owner) came out first to assess my bathroom floor and was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what services were needed. He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions without any pressure. Katie completed the work today and did a fantastic job. She removed old wax buildup from my tile floor, deep cleaned the grout, sealed it, and recaulked my bathroom sink. She was very thorough, friendly, and respectful of my home. The floor looks much cleaner and brighter than before, and they even helped remove a stain in my tub that had been bothering me. Overall, the experience was smooth from start to finish. I appreciate their professionalism, clear communication, and quality work. I would definitely recommend The Grout Medic to anyone needing grout cleaning or tile restoration. I’ll definitely be reaching out again to have my kitchen tile deep cleaned next. I’ve included before and after photos of the floor."
