They Certainly Exceeded Our Expectations
Overall, I enjoyed working with The Grout Medic. The person who gave the estimate and both of the technicians, Jason and Naz, were great! The techs went above and beyond to make sure it was quality work, and they certainly exceeded our expectations. My husband and I are delighted with the end product.
My one complaint is we wanted to add on a service during the day. The techs were super about it being no problem (it was a 30 min job), but the office charged $295 for it. Way overpriced for such a small thing when compared to what we were paying for other services. We asked if they could make some kind of concession since the techs were already here and had the equipment out, but the only thing they did was give the 10% discount we’d signed up for. I was very disappointed the office wouldn’t work with us.
Note to future customers: Make sure you get everything quoted upfront for the best price.

The Grout Medic refreshed the grout in our hallway bathroom. It is a bathtub with tile on 3 walls. Wayne was on time, explained the work he would perform, and got to work on the tiles. He removed all the old grout and replaced it with fresh grout. He also cleaned and sealed the grout on our tile floors, and finished by re-caulking all the wall joints and along the baseboards. Tim, Greg, and Wayne were very nice, efficient, and did wonderful work. Tim noticed a problem with our grout and fixed it; he also noticed a nail hole in the liner of the shower and patched it. We have such bad problems with water leaking. I am confident Tim fixed all of them!
