For the second time, Mike from Grout Medic has transformed a room in our house to look like there is brand new tile flooring by repairing the grout and cleaning. It looks fantastic! Initially, Donna came to give us her professional advice on what options we had and how to proceed. She was very helpful and explained the process thoroughly. It required removing some grout with a saw, which sounded messy, but was not. Her estimate was very reasonable. In addition to the amazing job Mike did on the floors, he also did an excellent job cleaning the tile kitchen counters and caulking the backsplash. They also looked like they were newly installed. Mike's work is very thorough and neat. I highly recommend this team from Grout Medic. You will be more than satisfied with their work."

    "I was in a huge rush to get several grout issues fixed in my rental home before the new tenants moved in. I called and they came out the same day to do the estimate, and then did the work the next day. Unheard of! Not only were they quick with their service, but they did an excellent job. They fixed areas that were missing grout or had cracked grout, and also color-matched the grout throughout the house. They made two bathroom showers look almost brand new again and the floors throughout the house look pristine. In my opinion this company operates the way every service business should.
