Their text reminder system was especially helpful, as our project was scheduled several weeks out. I appreciated receiving a message with the technician's name, photo, and background before the appointment—a thoughtful and professional touch.
Tyrone, our technician, was outstanding. He was honest and knowledgeable, and rather than simply doing what we originally requested, he took the time to explain why regrouting might not be the best option given the previous owner had tiled over the original shower. Attempting to drill into the grout could have cracked the tile, potentially leading to a costly full remodel. We were so grateful for his transparency and customer-first approach. The alternative solution looks great and was completed right on schedule.
