The Grout Medic is the perfect name for this company. Our tub and shower tile were sick - improperly installed by a previous contractor, with overly porous grout that had cracked all around the tub. The old grout was impossible to keep clean and did not provide a good water barrier. Andrew arrived on time, was kind and friendly with my pets, worked quickly, and fixed all the issues we were having. The price was very reasonable too. Grout Medic did a fantastic job overhauling the grout in our walk-in tiled shower. They replaced several hundred linear feet of grout with nonporous epoxy grout and cleared out the weeps in the drain that were clogged with over grout by the original installer. Restored My Tile and Grout to Its Original Glory
Our tile and grout was definitely not sealed when the tile got installed years ago. It had become not only gross but also very damaged and cracked. Who knew how much a house could move and cause all that grout to completely come apart after such a short time?! Not to mention how dirty it got because it couldn’t really get cleaned! The Grout Medic team came in and not only restored my tile and grout to its original glory, but also cleaned it!! And they caulked along seams that should’ve been caulked and never had grout in them to begin with. Since houses do move so much, the caulk flexes and moves with the house and now looks so good! No more cracks. Clean grout and clean lines! In the shower and along the floor by the shower. It all looks so wonderful!

We went to a home show recently looking at all the vendors who replace showers. I was determined to do it this way because thin set was coming out of the wall when I'd clean and it freaked me out. Plus, there was missing grout and ugly black grout or something in other places. It looked bad. What I hadn't thought about with having a new shower installed was they all were going to take a perfectly good shower door out and we'd need to replace that! I thought that was crazy and just a few minutes later we came across Michael at the show. We had him come out to take a look. He told us what he could do and it was less than the cost of replacing the shower door for a new install. They came out yesterday and steam cleaned, sanitized the heck out of the shower, and then re-grouted and color sealed it all. The shower looks brand new! This saved us probably 10K at the very least. Don't hesitate to use The Grout Medic. They did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I had my master bathroom redone 3 years ago by a local company (Wilkerson Tile). They were a nightmare to work with. They unfortunately did a poor job with the grout work. The grout on the floor started to chip and pop out only 2 years after install and looked awful. I pursued many options to get that company to remedy the situation. They dodged my calls repeatedly. I was afraid I was facing an expensive repair. There's a heated floor there and I did not want that ruined or have to be replaced. Luckily, I happened to see an ad for The Grout Medic. They did a fantastic job tearing out the poorly installed grout and installed a higher quality epoxy grout. The work was done in a day and it looks wonderful. They helped take care of the underlying issue with the shifting tiles as well. Would definitely recommend.
