We had seen the Grout Medic trucks in our neighborhood and called for an estimate. The rep showed up exactly on time and did a great job of giving us an on-the-spot, line-item estimate. We were given the option to select any or all services offered. The two installers, Tyler and Rickie, texted their ETA. They arrived on time, wore protective shoe covers, were professional, and did a nice job repairing our tile shower, a loose floor tile, and our kitchen backsplash grout. They did an amazing job on a tiled shower! It is tiled on the wall and floor. It’s in a rental property, and not all tenants keep it clean, so I had to call Grout Medic out to help hopefully get it looking clean. They made it look brand new - it is amazing! Outstanding Service!! They brought our shower "back to life"!!! We have a 12 year old house that the prior owner did not maintain well. The shower pan had mold and mildew that we could not get cleaned - it was embedded in the grout. Mike came over and gave us a very reasonable quote to remove the grout and apply epoxy grout - which will prevent mold/mildew. Nick came to do the work, he was extremely courteous, conscientious and competent!! He was efficient and the job was completed on-time, and looks like a new shower pan!!! Highly recommend their services, it saved us lots of $$$ as we did not have to replace the tile!!!

Our floors look better than new
After 2 years in our brand-new home, a number of tiles came loose and grout began cracking in numerous places. Several tiles lifted completely off the floor and appeared to have never adhered to the thin set. Called The Grout Medic and made an appointment, got an estimate and decided to contract with them to do the repairs. We had three areas affected - laundry room, master closet and master bath. They reattached and secured all loose tiles and regrouted all three areas. They finished in a day and a half and their work looks great! Our floors look better than new. They were prompt and courteous throughout the entire project. I highly recommend The Grout Medic.

Met Mike at the Home Show and set up a risk-free estimate. Chose the epoxy grout for the MBR shower floor. Received a text that the tech was en route with an accurate ETA. Before they came in the front door, they applied booties to protect our floors. A fair price was agreed to. Work was done with priority given to our schedule as well as making no mess. Made absolutely sure that we were pleased with the work. Came for a revisit to inspect the work. We are so happy with the final result. Highly recommend them.

I just had my first shower in my repaired shower (had to wait the 48 hrs. after re-grout with epoxy), and I am so pleased! It looks better than when it was brand new, and you can’t tell there was a long crack in the original grout. I also had the shower wall tile grout cleaned and sealed. Now that I have seen what they can do, I need to have them come back and do the bathroom floors.
