Following his military service, Isaak joined Daltile, the country's leading tile manufacturer. There, he immersed himself in the technical side of the trade, learning every aspect of tile composition, grout chemistry, and specialized product performance from the ground up, while simultaneously honing his elite customer service skills.

Today, Isaak channels his military discipline and deep product mastery into keeping our operations running flawlessly. He ensures our field teams are equipped with the absolute best products on the market, while guaranteeing our clients receive a seamless, top-tier experience from start to finish.
