5 Star Work — Could Not Ask for More Professional
“Tyler M. did 5 star work. The owner, Mike, was onsite twice and helped ensure the project was finished to his satisfaction.”
5 Star Work — Could Not Ask for More Professional
"We were so pleased with the work The Grout Medic of Chattanooga did for us. From response time, to texting me the name of the employee with photo who would be coming to our home, to punctuality, to the quality of the work — I could not have asked for anything more professional. We had issues in 2 of our bathrooms due to a subpar job by the original tile installer. One bathroom needed to have several tiles reset where they had incorrectly carried through the pattern of the tile, and it also required regrouting. Our primary shower needed application of silicone caulking to vertical shower wall joints and to the shower pan, and color sealant application. We also had them reapply caulk to our kitchen backsplash/countertop seam. Needless to say, it was a large job, but Tyler M. did 5 star work. The owner, Mike, was onsite twice and helped ensure the project was finished to his satisfaction. We would definitely use them again without hesitation."

    Polite, Professional, and Thorough
"I received multiple quotes on our shower floor project. Mike came out and assessed our situation twice. He put serious thought to it and explained his view very well. I felt his knowledge and determination was right, hence making him and his team the right people for the job. Every step of the way was communicated by text and email. They took every effort to keep the job as neat and tidy as possible. We had a drainage situation that came up afterwards in which they handled without issue or complaint. All were polite and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again for a future project."
