    "I had a poorly remodeled shower that I had lived with for years until I met Isaac of The Grout Medic at a home show and employed their services. Mike came out and explained what they offered and the process that would revitalize my shower to look nearly new and provided an estimate that was reasonable and fair. Their tech Ricky was prompt on the day scheduled and did an excellent job of keeping the noise and dust to a minimum while removing the existing “over pour” of mortar along the edges of the floor base and caulk of the floor. He steam cleaned the walls, regrouted and mortared the base and sides which gave it a nice new look. He finished with caulk and color sealant and cleaned up leaving no trace he was there other than a shower that looked professionally done for real this time. The final payment was exactly what was estimated with no hidden fees, and I can honestly say Ricky did a little additional work I wasn’t expecting. Meeting Isaac at the home show and acquiring the expertise of Mike and Ricky of The Grout Medic gave new beauty to my poorly remodeled shower."

Mike meticulously investigated all aspects of the problem and was able to replicate the issue, which was a recently renovated bathroom that had not been properly sealed. After identifying the problem, Mike carefully sealed the entire affected area with silicone. He was so patient and worked diligently until the issues were resolved. I would highly recommend this company. Whatever work you need done, based on my experience, they will complete the project with care and integrity!"

    "Grout Medic was highly recommended to me by a neighbor. Gave me a thorough quote and explanation of work to fix my problem areas. Technician that came out to do the work was Roxy. She is an extremely knowledgeable, hard worker and very personable. She tried to fix a crack in our shower and not do a full demo like we had planned on but ultimately had to do the demo. Really appreciate her not trying to just cost me extra time and money if not necessary. Had 3 cracks and have river rock, so a tedious demo. She salvaged quite a bit of our original rocks since we weren’t able to get the exact rocks again. Hand lay quite a bit of the individual rocks. She went above and beyond. Whole process with Grout Medic and Roxy was pleasant and professional. Mike the owner was very responsive to emails when I had questions. If I needed more work done I would immediately call Grout Medic. Here is photo of before and after. The grout on our floors looks pristine now!!"
