    "The Grout Medic of Marietta, Georgia, was the solution to our water leak problem around our metal drain in our main bathroom shower. The cement grout was broken around the metal drain. Our tiles were fine. Our townhome is only 6 years old. The old grout was cement grout, which is porous. Miguel the technician from Grout Medic regrouted the entire shower floor and used epoxy grout, which is waterproof. Cement grout is not waterproof. Epoxy grout is more expensive but is worth it in the long run. Miguel was friendly and answered our questions. The water leak has been cured. We recommend them."

He had one of his guys come out to our house to do a partial re-grout on our shower, and I wasn’t completely satisfied with how it turned out. I spoke with Nick and he assured me he and his team would do everything possible to make it right in a timely manner—and they did! Miguel did a fantastic job and the shower came out BEAUTIFUL.     "Nick (owner) conducted the initial assessment - great personality, friendly and personable. He greeted my family and shared love to my senior dog. He listened to my concerns regarding a potential leak from a crack in the shower floor and not only confirmed my issues but also, as a part of the repair plan, highlighted other places that needed improvement. The plan included shower floor grout cleaning, replacing grout and perimeter caulk, plus sealing the shower floor. Cost assessment was fair and didn’t have to try to haggle with price reductions. Additionally, we completed the same work in a secondary bathroom to prevent it from having mildew + mold issues. I’d worked with The Grout Medic (another location) before and had previous experience with Keyon (aka KJ), who does the actual work. KJ is awesome and does quality craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend them / The Marietta location for any grout, cleaning and sealing work that you may need completed."
