    "The professionalism started with Nick explaining the service to replace old broken ceramic soap dishes with new tiles. He worked with my complicated schedule to come for the estimate, and communication with the dispatcher was top notch. Jody, the tile installer, arrived right on time and completed the job efficiently and left my bathroom clean. Nick and his team are communicative via email, text, and phone, and you get a level of professional service that is not usually seen. I would highly recommend Grout Medic of Marietta."

    "The Grout Medic of Marietta, Georgia, was the solution to our water leak problem around our metal drain in our main bathroom shower. The cement grout was broken around the metal drain. Our tiles were fine. Our townhome is only 6 years old. The old grout was cement grout, which is porous. Miguel the technician from Grout Medic regrouted the entire shower floor and used epoxy grout, which is waterproof. Cement grout is not waterproof. Epoxy grout is more expensive but is worth it in the long run. Miguel was friendly and answered our questions. The water leak has been cured. We recommend them."

They listened when we had concerns on some minor details with the work and seemed excited to help with them!
