    "I’m so impressed with this company!! I have 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub, tile walls, and a marble floor with grout that was super dirty. The other has a walk-in shower with marble floors and clear silicone around the glass door which was mildewy. Scheduling was easy. I booked on their website, got a text, sent photos, got an estimate, and confirmed the appointment by text. The morning of the appointment, they sent a really pleasant and professional email and text introducing the tech and alerting me that he was on the way shortly. Harry, our technician, came on time, was professional and courteous, did everything he said he was going to do, worked diligently for 5 hours, cleaned up, and left both bathrooms looking brand new! I’ve called 2 other companies in the past who have done a sloppy job for way more money. Highly recommend them and wish more companies were like this."

The gentleman not only listened to my concerns (cracked tile grout), but was able to recommend fixes to my master shower (staining). The team that fixed my tile grout came a few days later. They met the timeline and performed beautiful work. Both my laundry room and master bathroom look like new. I highly recommend using Grout Medic for any cracked or broken grout or grout stain solutions!"

I would give the salesman and Grout Medic's sales approach 2.5 stars. The salesman was a bit sexist. Also, he gave us a price, and when we balked, he immediately lowered it by $100. I would much rather be given a fair and reasonable price from the start."
