I appreciated receiving a message with the technician's name, photo, and background before the appointment—a thoughtful and professional touch. Tyrone, our technician, was outstanding. He was honest and knowledgeable, and rather than simply doing what we originally requested, he took the time to explain why regrouting might not be the best option given the previous owner had tiled over the original shower. Attempting to drill into the grout could have cracked the tile, potentially leading to a costly full remodel. We were so grateful for his transparency and customer-first approach. He cleaned and covered up any sensitive areas very conscientiously. I look forward to recommending Grout Medic to family, neighbors, and friends. A complete shower renovation would have cost at least 5x the cost of this restoration. The quote won't feel "cheap" but what these guys do is a tremendous value."
