The individuals with scheduling were also very friendly and helpful and it was a great experience all around. 4 stars only because the samples the company sends their service schedulers out with are grossly inaccurate color-wise. Just not the right undertones as the real product at all. They are little plastic sets that the supplier likely provides. I would suggest they make their own sample kit from mixed grout to show customers. Luckily, Tyrone has great instincts and mixed another color that I had ruled out for being entirely too cool and dark with the samples. It was a perfect match. I am so glad he had the professional know-how and the tenacity to show me a mixed sample and get the right look. 5-star service, 3-star sample kit."
