    "It (cleaning the grout and replacing the caulking in our master bathroom shower) was a fairly seamless experience - from the first contact with Rory Bailey to set up an appointment for an on-site visit to get an estimate, to the completion of the work by Tyrone Lacera. My first reaction to the estimate was that it was too expensive. However, when I took a look at the actual work done, and the quality of the finished product, it was apparent that this was a good investment. Tyrone did excellent work, and he was particularly helpful in ensuring the materials used on our job were a good match with the existing grout and caulk."
