    "I reached out to the Grout Medic and Mr. George came to diagnose the problem with my shower. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining everything. Once the work was scheduled, Mr. Raip came out to start the job, and he was the best. He made sure I knew what was going on each step of the way and his work is unmatched. Once the job was done, Mr. George and Mr. Raip made sure I had no questions or concerns. Mrs. Kelly in the office was also very kind and helpful. Overall, my experience with the Grout Medic was the best experience I’ve had with any company/contractor. I appreciate them and highly recommend them.
