"A great experience from start to finish! I contacted The Grout Medic online in the morning after seeing their van in our neighborhood, and they called back immediately. After briefly discussing our situation, they dispatched their estimator the next afternoon. About midday that day, the estimator called me to apologize that he would be a little late to our appointment the next day and asked if it was convenient for me to meet at the later time. He arrived exactly at the revised time and quickly diagnosed our problems and emailed a proposal for their services that evening. He also carefully reviewed what we could do to maintain their work after installation. There was no pressure to accept on the spot. We reviewed the proposal over the weekend, and I called back to schedule, requesting a specific time for the service, which they were able to accommodate. I also asked about a veteran's discount, which was immediately approved. The tech arrived exactly on time and reviewed the work to be done with us before starting. He took his time but finished in good time. He worked very neatly. As he left, he repeated the maintenance steps for us. The charge was exactly what was quoted, including the discount. The amount charged was reasonable. To avoid a service charge, I paid by check. Their work (cleaning grout and marble bathroom floor, cleaning and repairing shower wall tile and grout, and recaulking sink and shower) was excellent, and all looks brand new. I won't hesitate to use The Grout Medic again, but if we follow their maintenance steps we should not have to!"
